Egy vállalat napi információs rendszerének fejlesztése

I made interviews with the leaders of companies and I found that as the effects of the economic crisis they are increasingly exhausted and mistrustful with the employees, the business and the bank sphere. The young intellectual level can see the company as an outsider, and they are not the victims of the local – perhaps not lucky – habits, with their „fresh eyes” – if they are well-educated – can get good opportunities in the developing and operating of a new, better working company structure and information system. In Hungary is typical the complex taxation, accountancy and financial system, which means a huge burden for the leaders. Perhaps it contributes to the fact, that in this kind of company the workers welcome such people as workmate who are suitable for handling the situation. In the first part of my essay I will report how I managed to find a workplace after I finished my college studies, what kind of difficulties I had to face, and what kind of advantages meant my studies on the Róbert Károly College. I will write down how I could use the knowledge- which I have gained in the college- in a factory, that have been working exceptionally for more decades. During my work I collected and systematized dates, which have key importance in the decision making of the management. I will display the new information system- that I have developed -, and the advantages the company gained with the help of this database, which can be used for regaining the dates of the past. I will mention the untapped opportunities, which are still in this project.
