Abstract

By examining the training of different Hungarian universities, we get to know how important environmental awareness is in their education. At some universities the teaching of environmental law is very intensive while at others it is not an important subject. It would be favourable to widen the knowledge of environmental issues in case of law students and to provide a good basis in law for students of different (other) sciences. It is advisable to bridge the gap between the two different study areas by developing, introducing and putting into practice a new, complex and interdisciplinary subject. It is necessary to achieve nature and environmental protection by both legislative and economic means, in every spheres of education.
