In this paper, the housing technologies applied in the USA, Australia and West-Europe are presented. The guidelines regarding keeping technologies of goat kids in loose housing systems in smaller as well as in larger farms are also described. Next to the illustration of the construction and functioning of the different milk feeders the applicability of the artificial feeding systems in Hungary are also pointed out.
