The conception of VertiKert drawn up in my diplomaplan searches a possible solution for the lack of the densely built-in resident areas' green and open space. A multilevel public garden can be created using a new method to utilize the streetscape destroying vacant togs in a way that improves and enhances the streetscape and the cityscape. The cost-effectiveness of VertiKert is ensured by a system of closed, half-open and open spaces available for several programs and services.
