Absztrakt

Tanulmányunkban a legújabb humán erőforrás trendek oldaláról feltárva szakirodalmi áttekintést adunk a munkavállalói elkötelezettség és a hatékonyság közötti kapcsolatról. Röviden bemutatjuk a 21. századra jellemző HR-irányokat, mint a fenntartható és zöld vállalati célok, valamint vezetés. A dél-afrikai nagyvállalatokat, mint a Vodacomot, a Standard Bankot és a Sibanye still Waters-t olyan világszerte ismert multinacionális vállalatokkal hasonlítjuk össze, mint az Unilever, a Johnson & Johnson és a Samsung, hogy megállapítsuk és bemutassuk a trendek párhuzamosságát, a hasonlóságokat, ugyanakkor rámutassunk a helyi sajátosságra, amelyek a helyi sikereket garantálják. Módszerként nem a visszatekintő feltárást, hanem a legfrissebb szakirodalmi bemutatást választottuk. Célunk a dél-afrikai alkalmazottak elköteleződésének és produktivitásának előrevetítése volt.
