Better utilization of the genetic capabilities of pigs for slaughter by means of feeding

Hungary has significant capacity in the field of pig-breeding. The development of this branch, however, imposes more and more urgent tasks on the domestic producers, with special regard to the improvement of efficiency and environmental protection. During the past years, Hungapig achieved significant results in the field of feeding by using the Hungapig-Alfa feeding system, which is based on a special agent. Tlie Hungapig-Alfa is a feeding stabilizer of natural origin which, added to feedstuff mixtures, acts in a biologic way. It prevents the valuable agents offeedstujfs from being oxidized, supports and promotes the development of a favourable natural intestinal flora. It causes the better utilization of nutriments in the feedstuff mixture, thus accelerating the natural enzyme activity and metabolism of the animals with lower level ofprotein and mineral substances. In the fresh-milled feedstuff, the Hungapig-Alfa agent reduces the effect of enzymes that decompose the amino-acids. Increases the efficiency of absorption of nutriments; in the fattening, we obtained outstanding results even with protein levels reduced as much as by 20 percent. The product promotes the absorption of both micro- and macro elements; therefore, the percentage of mineral substances in feedstuff can be reduced, which results in a significant improvement in the efficiency of digestion and the health condition, due to the reduction in pathogenic elements. Due to the Hungapig-Alfa feeding, the animals are more healthy during breeding and the efficiency and reasonability of production become of high level. The aspects of environmental protection are implemented to a larger extent than in the case of traditionalfeeding.
