Abstract

The word of „landscape” has different meaning in the countries of European Union and also in official documents. The landscape is generally meant as agricultural land-use. The main documents that are dealing with the concept of landscape are the following: European Landscape Convention, the Pan-European Biological and Landscape Diversity Strategy.
