Jelen publikáció felsorolja a Magyarország területéről közölt édesvízi planáriák (laposférgek: örvényférgek) szabadban előforduló fajait Magyarországra vonatkozó főbb faunisztikai jellemzőivel. Tizenhét (17) azonosított faj került elő eddig: tizenöt (15) őshonos és kettő (2) nem őshonos édesvízi planária.
