Abstract

The authors categorized the embryos of Holstein Friesian (n = 925) from the morphologies with stereomicroscope in field conditions. The morulae and blastocysts were classified and examined, and further on the influence of the embryo quality for the efficiency of the embryotransfer. The embryos were collected in vivo, transferred in fresh and frozen state. Embryos were frozen by controlled freezing methods using ethylene glycol. Results of the present study show that the qualities of the embryos were influenced for the efficiency of the embryo-transfer.
