Abstract

Landscape has a notion with spatial meaning, thus landscape design is always linked to a certain part of an area. (According to European Landscape Convention ”Landscape” means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors”). The Deputy State Secretariat for Regional Development and Construction of Ministry of Interior is responsible for determining the spatial structure, and regulating the spatial use at national, regional and settlement level. Nevertheless, architecture dealing with elements of built environment in smaller units of settlements is also responsible for the regulation of forming the territory. Therefore forming territory and spatiality basically determines the work of our organisational unit.
