Modification of agrometeorological measuring and forecasting activities in the view of the presently changed agricultural system

Agricultural land ownership system has changed during the past decade. Agrometeorological measuring and forecasting activities serving them could follow this change just in some aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate these problems and to establish a modified measuring and forecasting system adaptable for the altered claims. This work wishes to be thoughtful and incentive for common activities in this topic.
