Abstract

Road Transport Agent’s goal is full truck capacity exploitage while consider the current rules - for example Driving and Resting Times Rules (AETR) - and all other circumstances (as free load offers, parameters of their trucks, costs of the fuel, etc.). Besides maximal exploit of their trucks, they want to maximize their income and profit for every day and week. The load offers change dynamically, hour by hour so it means daily and weakly scheduling, re- scheduling. In our paper we want to introduce a methodology supporting the work of the dispatchers of Road Transport Agents, bases on generic bi-layered net model simulation. Our aim is besides showing the modeling steps and the „inside” of the software, to demonstrate sufficiency of our model for scheduling type problems.
