Business solutions supported by smart mobile tools in the service of sale

Abstract

The business application of mobile informatics becomes dominant by the explosive growth of the two related industries in the preparation of modern decision making and implementation where the quality input data are required. This paper deals with the possible mobile sales and related solutions, introducing business benefits in course of implementation. The sales process supported by mobile device based sales representative system (sales force automation), the recording of the data (sales representative) and even the evaluation (leader) can be done by using a mobile device and applying the appropriate software system. This can be exceptionally important for different milestones of the business process, e.g. the sales representative can offer the product using up-to-date information regarding the inventory, price; the leader can follow the employee’s work, as the delivery time can be radically reduced thanks to the continuous incoming orders.
