Perspectives of Adult Teaching - International Conference

Abstract

In Hungary the reason why adult teaching has come to the front since the change of the system is resulted by the human political conditions of market economy and the development of the democratic society. Market economy appreciates qualifications and vocational knowledge. There is a connection between permanent employment and qualification that is demonstrated by data and progress of employments. Furthermore such a level of qualification can be determined which means lifelong employment to the adult employees. Long term social expectations might be allocated towards the education system of compulsory and adult teaching, too. Time by time the specialists present the realization of the aims at conferences.
