Az őszi káposztarepce tavaszi kártevőinek felmérése a Dunántúl déli megyéiben

Insect pests of oilseed rape were being trapped in Moericke yellow dishes from the beginning of March until the end of April in three counties (Baranya, Somogy and Zala) of Hungary. The flight activities of the following four species were examined: cabbage stem weevil (Ceutorhynchus pallidactylus Marsham, 1802), rape stem weevil (Ceutorhynchus napi Gyllenhal, 1837), common pollen beetle (Meligethes aeneus Fabricius, 1775) and cabbage seedpod weevil (Ceutorhynchus obstrictus Marsham, 1802). One of the aims of this study was to determine the distribution and density parameters of the rape stem weevil. Our results show that the rape stem weevil is present in the studied counties but the more common cabbage stem weevil greatly outnumbers it. It was also verified that among the four species the individuals of Meligethes spp. were trapped in the highest numbers so chemical control should be timed against pollen beetles.
