Abstract

Nowadays more and more noticeable among both producers and consumers interest in strawberries and berries. In Hungary, production has declined over the last decade, but the popularity of strawberries has been maintained. In our experiment, the yield of Clery and Joly strawberries grown in plastic tunnels was investigated by the effect of different plant protection measures. Pesticides used in our research: Basamid G (dazomet) soil disinfectant; Karate Zeon 5 CS (lambda-cihalotrin) insecticide; Dipel DF WP (Bacillus thuringiensis) insecticide; Zoom 11 SC (etoxazol) acaricide; Switch 62.5 WG (fludioxonil+ciprodinil) fungicide; Microthiol special (sulphur) fungicide. The treatments were carried out with 2 repetitions in randomized block design. The biometric evaluations were calculation with variance analysis.
