Az imazalil és ipkonazol penetrációja a citrusfélékbe a posztharveszt kezelés során

Lemons were treated with three different concentrations of aqueous emulsion of Rancona-IMix for 1, 4 and 8 minutes in immersion and spray form, then after 1 day of drying the concentration of the active agents (imazalil and ipconazole) were measured on the peel and inside the lemons. In another line of the research, we investigated the fungicidal effect of Rancona-I-Mix in three different concentrations on the fungus Penicillium expansum. Based on the results, it can be said that imazalil can penetrate to the pulp to a great extent, even exceeding the ADI/ARfD value in some cases. Increasing the concentration of the treating emulsion increases the effective residue concentration of the agents on the skin to a much greater extent than increasing the treatment time, which in turn has a more definitive effect on the penetration into the fruit tissue. In the microbiological experimental line, Rancona-I-Mix effectively inhibited the growth of P. expansum in all three doses.
