Abstract

The organic sweets industrial products represent special quality and high added value. In case of organic products the consumers’ expectations in connection with quality and with the products’ exemption of chemicals are a lot higher. In our research we scrutinized the organic products within the consumer habits of confectioneries. We attach importance to get these products a significant role in organic foodstuffs. Achievements of researches all show that our wrong nutrition habits are responsible for the expansion of the illnesses of civilization. For this reason steps are be taken in every direction, so that in our nutrition habits not the quantity, but the quality should play the leading part. It is clear from the achievements of our primary research that among young people who were asked the occasional style consumption of the organic confectionery is typical. Because of this in case of this objective group an increase of the consumption would be desirable with the use of specialized niche marketing communication devices.
