Abstract

According to the latest decisions, the new Central Sewage Purification Plánt (CSPP) of Budapest vvill be established on a 29 hectare area alongside the N-W waterfront of Csepel island. The implementation ofthe project means that the city park - formerly planned on a 100-hectare area of the Csepel island - cannot be realised any more; it could be built only on a 25 hectare large and disadvantageously devided area.
