The situation and development of the tracking system in the domestic fresh (functional) green groceries sector
Abstract
Traditional forms of functional foods are the agricultural raw products, especially fruits and vegetables for fresh consumption. The picture which took shape about the functional fruits and vegetables in the consumers – according to a representative national survey of SzIe GTk mI in 2006 – is schematic and low-differentiated with the exception of few products. This article presents the results of a miksa Deri research program that came true in international cooperation. The program aimed at the tracking development of fresh fuits and vegetables.
