Abstract

A Historical Precedent – Networks in the History of Adult Education until World War II We can conclude social processes from the functioning of the networks. As steady networks can only develop in well functioning social constructions, it is worth to study the society from the view of networking – even in historical ways. The educational systems constitute knowledge networks. Adult education, which is traditionally the civilian community’s duty, responds much more sensitively to social changes. That is why I have chosen this field as the subject of my study.
