Abstract

The effects of public finance reforms Many countries have undertaken reforms in public sector in the recent decades, which have affected the total system or just one sector of it. The common feature of these transformations is that it was necessary to change the ideological efficiency to the efficient execution. The countries wanted to take over the management tools in public administration, which are applied in the private sector, but due to the sector differences it cannot be adopted absolutely. In public sector we can find different organizational structure, target system, and processes, which make the execution of the reforms difficult. In this paper we would like to present the effect of the public finance reforms, the opportunities of the ac-ceptance of the management devices and its difficulties. Keywords: role of the state, reform, New Public Management, 3E
