Abstract

This article focuses on everyday habits that are changing as a result of technological developments, and it reviews the series of photographs taken by photography students in the last spring semester. The students addressed the effects of the rapid transformation of mediums as part of the ‘Creative Photographic Design’ course. Not only have new technologies affected our habits, but online identities are also emerging in the digital scene. The presented works, which fall within the genre of experimental photography, show the changes and contexts that have affected the students’ own lives. Such reflections draw viewers’ attention to the issues and dilemmas related to the changing world. Although the young artists take innovations for granted, they have tried to approach all aspects of the topic from different perspectives and have worked on complex issues.
