A fenntarthatóság kérdései az agrárszakképzésben

Az oktatási rendszernek fontos szerepe és felelőssége van a jövő nemzedékének, a mai fiataloknak a tudatos fogyasztóvá nevelésében. Életmódjukban és életstílusukban több szinten jelenik meg a környezettudatosság, melyre nagy hatással van az oktatási rendszer.
A különféle világszervezetek (ENSZ, UNESCO, WHO) véleménye szerint az oktatás az egyik leghatékonyabb módja a szervezett keretek között történő szemléletformálásnak és a fenntartható fogyasztóvá válás egyéni kompetenciáinak és készségeinek a fejlesztésére. (UNESCO 2014, US 2002)
Jelen szakirodalmi összefoglaló egyik célja, hogy adjon egy irodalmi áttekintést arról, hogyan jelenik meg a fenntarthatóság az oktatásban, másik célja pedig az, hogy egy hatékony, külföldi, élelmiszeripari modell bemutatásával rávilágítson a fenntarthatósági dimenziók megjelenítésére - a középfokú agrárszakképzésben. A fiatal generáció ösztönzése fontos az átfogó cselekvések és a globális fenntarthatósági célok elérése érdekében, a gazdasági életben és a társadalomban egyaránt, ezért szükséges egy alkalmazható módszertan kialakítása.
