Abstract

Most of the fish species are exposed to short-term or long-term starvation during their lifespan in natural and artifical conditions also. The intermedier metabolism of nutrients in the starving organisation changes significantly. In this paper authors are going to give an overview on the main starvation-induced changes in the physiology of fishes.
