Abstract

The tasks of landscape architects are increasingly formed by the goals, strat- egies and legislation of the European Union such as environmental, building rules and requirements for recycling. The European Union not only sets expectations for the future but also offers employment possibilities of for landscape architects. Our grad- uate students can participate in inter- national tenders as well as apply for a job all over in any country of the EU. So we can treat it as a fact that landscape architects should know the intemational and especially European requirements applied to their profession in order to be competitive on the labor market.
