A gazdasági válság hatása a húsiparra - néhány Dél-Alföldi régiós húsipari cég példáján keresztül

Absztrakt

Many articles and studies were born after the world economical crisis and separate investigations were conducted for the World, the EU and Hungary as well. We had no intention of preparing a comprehensive study but we wanted to explore only a narrower scope of this problem. We examined the consequences of the crisis for only a smart part of the Hungarian national economy, actually for the meat sector focused in the Hungarian Southern Plain region. We made 4 deep structured interviews with the leaders of selected meat enterprises. Some of them are small and some of them are well known all over the world. At last we compared our results with our hypotheses.
