Absztrakt

The primary objective of the national survey, based on self-made questionnaires (ZY^\ pieces), has been the overall measuring and analyzing of the national fish-consumption as well as the exploration of the possible breakout points.The article, which has been part of a summing up study not published yet (AVOP-1.3.4-05/1-2006-06-0001/7.` project), as from its complex feature, provided information on the internal structure of theHungarian fish-consumption, the potential consumer groups and their demands, gave information in connection with the consumer’s knowledge of fish-species, furthermore it determined certain components of consumer’s value judgment. All these serve as a good basis of the program realizing in harmonized sector level which establishes the increase of national fish-consumption.
