Absztrakt

Our research aim was to know the nutrition habits of the Hungarian secondary school students, the importance of healthy nutrition for them, as well a show they judge themselves. the percent division given to some questions is analysed in our study, as well as the significant results tested together with the background variables and other variables are also published. the questioning with questionnaires was conducted at the end of 2006 and 2007. three hundred young people were asked to fill in our questionnaire namelessly in six secondary schools in the country. it can be seen well from the analysis that healthy nutrition does not play an important role in young people’s life, they do not put emphasis on quality dieting. they probable are not fully aware of that their dieting has a great influence on the quality of their future life.
