Abstract

A szerzők tanulmányukban szarvasmarhák ösztönös és tanult viselkedési formáit mutatják be. Ismertetik tejelő tehenek tartás- és fejéstechnológiához való alkalmazkodását, a borjak és kifejlett állatok tanulási folyamatait, rutinszerű kezelésekhez és emberhez való viszonyát. Tárgyalják a szociális érintkezés során és az emberrel szemben kifejezett pozitív és negatív érzelmeket. Az állatok táplálkozási viselkedése, az agresszió, az anya–újszülött viszony, a rossz szokások és azok kialakulása is a cikk tárgyát képezik.
