Állatjóléti fejlesztés – fenntartható szarvasmarhatartás- és tenyésztés

Kutatási tapasztalatok szerint a szarvasmarhatartásban és tenyésztésben a technológiai hiányosságok, az állatok adaptációs rendellenességei és a fogyasztói, etikai igények változásai indokolják az állatjóléti fejlesztéseket, állatkímélő tartási- tenyésztési- szállítási- és vágási technológiák kialakítását. Figyelembe kell venni az eltérő intenzitású termelési módokat és hasznosításokat, valamint a jogi szabályzókat is.
A fejlesztéseknek ki kell terjedniük a fogyasztói, etikai és gazdasági tényezők kölcsönhatásainak tisztázására, hatékonyabb oktatási-, tájékoztatási-, és közvélemény-kutatási programok bevezetésére, valamint az állatjóléti beruházások forrásainak megosztására.
