The Judgement of Effectiveness of Training-Development Possibilities at Organizations Employing People with Changed Capability In order to run an organization effectively and to meet challenges of its environment, it inevitably requires properly qualified and skilled labour regarding all professional fields. Owing to changing labour market and workplace requirements, workforce continuously needs to be developed. It is also valid for the handicapped and changed capacity employees, but training-development possibilities in many cases face difficulties. After raising the amount of rehabilitation contribution more and more organizations intended to employ changed capacity people, still due to educational expectation of open positions, employment proved to be difficult. This study introduces, beside qualification and training possibilities of handicapped and changed capacity persons, which development methods are the most successful in practice and also specialities experienced in the field of human resource development.
