Abstract

Quality has a more and more determining role both in the production and in the consumption. In Hungary, the open economic market extremly depends on the world market, or within it, on the most significant trade partner, the European market. We can say that even in the developed countries, the quality management of agricultural estates is not everywhere applied. In the analysis of the highly diversified processes that are influenced by several factors as it is typical on the living beings, the starting point is the end product. The end product should satisfy the demands of the consumers, the trade and the quality standards. As all the production, the primary processing and storage are dinamic processes, one quality problem can be caused by several factors. The quality management is a double process. During the production of a quality product, the aim is not only to make the product fill the prescribed requirements, but it is also important that the product archive adequate certificates when it enters the market by continuous documentation.
