If there is more than one author and the authors’ workplaces are different after the author’s family name must be an index number corresponding to the listed number of that author’s workplace.

Following this should be a summarizing Abstract. After the title of the Abstract, an empty line should appear. This summarizing Abstract should be no more than 250 words with no more than one paragraphs or listing. After an empty line keywords should be next, (no more than 5 words or phrases).

Chapters’ titles must be highlighted, the subtitle must be with smaller font size than the title, with no numbers. Before and after the titles an empty line should appear; if there’s a subtitle, an empty line must appear before that. The paragraphs should be justified. Highlighted words or sentence parts must be written in italic letters.

The authors are responsible for the content of an article. The editorial board will edit and proofread the articles, and return them to the author for correction if necessary. The corrected manuscript should be sent to the editors as an attachment via e-mail.

Tables, figures, pictures, etc.

Diagrams must be drawn in MS Excel or compatible. Tables should be added with the MS Word table editor.  The figures, due to convertibility issues, should not be drawn in MS Word, but rather in PowerPoint, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, etc. Pictures should be sent in JPEG, TIF or PNG format to the editorial board as email attachments. Source files for diagrams, graphics, and figures should also be sent as separate email attachments.

Immediately under the figure, the source should appear along with any explanatory caption, except if the content is the author's work.

Equations should also be followed by reference numbers in parenthesis.  Within the text, the reference number should be used to indicate the equation.
